The product may be returned/discarded during international shipping for the following reasons.
1. The product was returned to the sender.
- When the order information/shipping information was incorrect
- When the address, postal code, contact information, name, etc. were incorrect
- When special characters were used
- When a product is prohibited or restricted by the customs of a country.
- When a product can't be delivered as the recipient is absent or cannot be contacted.
- When customs denies the product (product cannot be sold)
- Zigzag's customer care will contact you separately and help you with the return process.
- When duties or taxes remain unpaid
- When shipping to Canada, duties will be charged if the purchase amount + shipping fee is 20 CAD or higher.
- For international shipping, additional handling fees may be charged.
* If the package is returned due to incorrect order information (address, postal code, phone number), recipient absence, customs/duties issues, etc., you will not be eligible for a refund or return. Please make sure that the order information is correct.
2. It says the product was delivered, but it still hasn't arrived.
The product might still be shipping or it may have been delivered to the wrong address. Please contact Zigzag's customer care with the following information.
- Zigzag account (e-mail)
- Order number
- The name of undelivered product
