Overseas shipping takes about 6-23 days on average.

- After order/payment is completed, the seller will confirm the order and send the product(s) to Zigzag's global distribution center within 5 business days.
- When the product(s) arrives at Zigzag's global distribution center, it will be inspected/packaged and prepared to ship overseas.
- The product(s) will be shipped from Korea via airplane to the destination country, where they will be handed over to the shipping courier for final delivery.
- The local shipping courier will deliver the product(s) to the customer.
* If the seller doesn't send the product(s) to Zigzag's distribution center within 20 business days of when you placed your order, the order will be automatically canceled.
The notice of delayed shipping will be sent via push notifications from the app before the order is automatically canceled. If you wish to receive shipping-related notifications, please set notifications to [ON].
* If some products are delayed in stock due to the seller's circumstances, the products may be canceled or shipping may be delayed (up to 20 days).
* Some products may be shipped in separate packages due to customs/import duties. If they are shipped separately, each product's shipping schedule may differ.
* There may be some cases of delayed shipping due to issues with the courier or customs.
