1. Customs
For international shipping, the package must clear customs according to the customs laws of each country.
If the product's shipping status remains at "In Transit (International Shipping)" for a long period of time, please contact the customs office directly. The following issues may occur during the customs process.
- Unable to find information due to incorrect shipping address/recipient information
- Items are restricted for import in the respective country
* Products that were returned because the wrong address was entered, the recipient was absent, or because of customs/tax issues, etc., cannot be refunded/returned. Please make sure that the postal code, detailed address, and recipient information were entered correctly before checking out.
* If customs are denied due to reasons related to the product, Zigzag will contact you separately and help you process the return. For more details, please contact Zigzag's customer care.
2. Duties
- If you are shipping your Zigzag order to the United States/Japan, duties will be free for all orders.
- When shipping to Canada, duties will be charged if the purchase amount + shipping fee is 20 CAD or higher. The duties must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the package. Regarding these matters, the local shipping company or ZIGZAG will contact you by phone or email. If we cannot reach you, the package may be discarded, so please ensure your contact information is accurate.
- For international shipping, additional handling fees may be charged.
