* You may check the detailed shipping status from [My Page] → [Order/Shipping] → [Order Details] → [Order Status Page] and clicking on [Tracking Number] at the bottom of the page
The following is the process of international orders. Please refer to it.
- Order Complete: Order/Payment was completed
- Packing Order: The seller has confirmed the ordered products and is preparing to ship.
- Shipping (Global Center): The seller has sent the products to Zigzag's global distribution center for
- international shipping.
- Preparing for International Shipping: The product has arrived at Zigzag's distribution center and is getting ready to be shipped overseas.
- International Shipping: International shipping has started
Delivered: The customer has received the product.
