The most common reasons for shipping delays are as follows.
1. Shipping delays due to the seller's circumstances
- Delays may occur due to low inventory, delays in product release schedules, seller's vacation days, etc.
- If the seller does not send the product to Zigzag's global distribution center within 5 business days after confirming the order, the products that were stocked first may be shipped separately. If your order needs to be shipped in separate packages, the shipping schedule for each product may differ, which could result in delayed delivery.
- If the seller doesn't send the product(s) to Zigzag's distribution center within 20 business days of when you placed your order, the order will be automatically canceled.
- If the product is sold out, please note that your order may be canceled.
2. Shipping delays due to the shipping courier's circumstances
- Delays may occur due to the weather, increase in packages, loss/damage during shipping, etc.
- If products stocked at Zigzag's global distribution center are partially damaged/missing, they cannot be shipped out, which may result in shipping delays.
4. Shipping delays during cargo-related customs/import duties
- - If the product's shipping status remains in [Preparing to Ship] for a long time, there may be issues during the customs clearing process. Please contact Zigzag's customer care.
- - When shipping to Canada, duties will be charged if the purchase amount + shipping fee is 20 CAD or higher. The duties must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the package. Regarding these matters, the local shipping company or ZIGZAG will contact you by phone or email. If we cannot reach you, the package may be discarded, so please ensure your contact information is accurate.
