Some products may be automatically canceled due to the following reasons.
1. If the product cannot be shipped due to the seller's circumstances
- If the seller does not send the product to the global distribution center within 20 business days of the order date, the order can be automatically canceled.

2. If the product cannot be shipped internationally
- If the product exceeds the weight/size limit
- If the product cannot be shipped overseas or cannot clear customs
* We will refund the price of the canceled product back to the original payment method, and if partial refunds are not possible, we will return the shipping cost in the form of points.
* If the entire order is canceled where a coupon was applied, the coupon will be re-issued under the following conditions.
- If the cancellation is made before the coupon’s expiration date/during the promotion period: The coupon will be restored with the same expiration date
- If the cancellation is made after the coupon's expiration date/after the promotional period is over: The expiration date will be extended until midnight of the third day after the cancellation completion date
