[Return]
- International orders can only be returned with the following cases within seven days of the receipt.
- Damaged items.
- Wrong items have been sent.
- Some items are missing.
- Returns may not be received in the following cases.
- Seven days have passed since the receipt of the package.
- The customer has damaged or lost the purchased items.
- The items were returned without prior notification or sent back despite customer care's denial of the return request.
- If you want to request a return for a damaged product, wrong delivery, or missing items, please contact Zigzag's customer care (help@zigzag.shop) with the following information.
- Order number, a proof or photo that verifies the damaged item, wrong delivery, missing item, and the photo of the invoice (shipping label).
- Product return conditions and quality assurance are in compliance with the consumer dispute resolution standards of the Fair Trade Commission in South Korea.
- If there are side effects such as skin reactions, etc. after using the product, you may exchange or return the product upon communicating the issue with the seller.
- Unsuccessful delivery of the packages due to customer's incorrect address, recipient's absence, customs/tax issues, etc., cannot be refunded or returned. Please make sure that the postal code, full address, and recipient information were entered correctly before making a final purchase.
- Once the return is completed, the card approval will be canceled within 35 business days. However, the exact refund period may differ depending on the card issuer.
- Refunds or compensations from refund delays are in compliance with the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc. in South Korea.
- The refund amount is based on the product selling price in Korea and will be calculated according to the exchange rate when purchased.
- If the original amount cannot be refunded, you may be compensated as shopping points per company's policy.

- Exchange is not available for international orders.
[Cancellations]
- Cancellations may be impossible for international shipment depending on the shipping status. Please contact customer care to confirm whether the order can be canceled.
- For international shipments, the shipping fee is calculated based on the total size and weight of the items ordered. If you've processed a partial cancellation, the shipping fee will not be refunded to your original payment method. In this case, we will calculate the size and weight of the canceled items and refund the shipping fee in points or account transfer.

However, shipping fees that cannot be partially refunded will be refunded through points or account transfer according to the company's policy.
