To avoid any inconvenience, please note that only email support will be available after the termination of the global service.
Phone/Chat Support:
- Until the termination of the global service (November 30, 2023), you can access phone and chat support via the app under My Page > Inquiries.
- After the termination of the global service (December 1, 2023), the Zigzag app will redirect to the Korean interface. Calls made via My Page > App > Inquiries (CONTACT) will incur international charges, and chat support will be in Korean, which may pose difficulties for non-Korean speakers.
For inquiries related to Zigzag Global orders after the termination of the global service, please contact support@zigzag.kr.
