| Chapter 3 Article 34 | ① From the shopping platforms operated by the Company, the Company provides global services (outside of Korea) through the Zigzag service. The global services may be restricted or delayed due to the network of the wireless data service provider used by the member or time differences with each respective country. ② The Company provides international shipping services through other companies and business partnerships and provides services to assist with the international shipping process for products for which a trade agreement was signed with the Company. International shipping can be categorized as follows. 1. Domestic shipping stage: The partner company sends the product purchased by the member to the distribution center designated by the Company 2. International shipping stage: After the domestic shipping stage, the shipment is shipped to the recipient through the international shipping network ③ For international shipping, the purchase agreement may only be canceled while all products in the order are in [Payment Complete] status. Due to international shipping, if shipping has already started for some products, cancellations/returns/exchanges are not allowed simply due to the member's change of mind. However, this shall not apply if there is a defect in the received product and the Company approves the cancellation/return. ④ The shipping information (shipping address, phone number, etc.) provided by the member cannot be changed mid-shipping. In order to change shipping information, the member must cancel the order while the entire order is in "Payment Complete" status, then change their shipping information and purchase the items again. However, if shipping has started for even one item in the same order, the order and shipping information (payment method, product options, shipping address, phone number, etc.) cannot be changed. ⑤ If the delivery of some products is delayed due to the partner company's circumstances, and if bundling is not possible due to the nature of international shipping, the products in the same order may be shipped separately. The delivery date for each product may differ as a result. ⑥ If a product cannot be shipped due to the partner company's circumstances or if international shipping is not possible due to customs issues (exceeds maximum weight/volume, restricted products, etc.), the relevant products may be partially canceled. In such cases, the amount of the canceled product will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Because partial refunds are difficult for the international shipping fee, this amount may be compensated in the form of points according to the Company's regulations. ⑦ If the member requests a return due to a product defect or incorrect shipping, etc., they may request a return within seven days of the delivery date. However, if the product that was received differs from what was indicated or advertised, returns/exchanges are possible within three months of receiving the package. Customers must request a return within 30 days of becoming aware of the issue. ⑧ If the product is defective or if the incorrect product was shipped, the member must submit documentary evidence through customer care to process a return/exchange. Customer care may not be able to respond immediately due to the time difference. ⑨ The recipient is responsible for paying various costs related to international shipping service use, such as duties and various taxes that are charged by the destination country for international shipping. If such fees are unpaid or if payment is delayed, the estimated delivery date may be delayed, or the shipment may be returned to the shipper. ⑩ If the shipment cannot be delivered or gets returned due to a fault attributable to the recipient, the products will be sent back to the Company and discarded. In such cases, refunds may be restricted or ineligible, and the Company shall not be held accountable. ⑪ Excluding this Article, some provisions in these Terms of Service may not be applicable or may be applied differently for global services. ⑫ This Article is applied used exclusively for global services and shall take precedence over other provisions in these Terms of Service. |
