We would like to inform you of the change in the global standard for the automatic cancellation time that’ll begin on April 19 (Wednesday).

Before
- Once 12 days pass at the Preparing to Ship status, the order is automatically canceled at 9 AM of the 13th business day
- Once 15 days pass at the Shipping status, the order is automatically canceled at 00 AM of the 16th business day
After
- Once 20 days pass at the [Payment Complete] ~ [Preparing to Ship] ~ [Shipping] status, the order will be automatically canceled at 00 AM of the 21st business day
※ Shipping delay notices will be sent on the 8th business day and 13th business day through an app push notification and e-mail. (Total of 2 times)
※ Please contact the ZIGZAG customer service center if you wish to cancel your order because of the shipping delay. However, as the product is constantly moving, if the order status has changed to Preparing for International Shipping during the cancellation process, please be aware that cancellation may be difficult.
