Go to [Settings] on your mobile phone. Click [Zigzag] at the bottom and check if Cellular Data (iOS)/Mobile Data (Android) is turned on.
If it is turned off, you can only use the app while on Wi-Fi.
If the same error occurs even after turning Cellular Data/Mobile Data on, please contact Zigzag's customer care with the following information.
- Zigzag ID (Can be found on My Page)
- Description of the error
