If the app keeps crashing or shutting down, please check the following.
1. First, please check if the Zigzag app version and the device OS version are up to date.
2. If you are already using the most recent version, please contact Zigzag's customer care with the following information through [My Page] → [Inquiries] on the Zigzag app and we will assist you as soon as possible.
- Zigzag ID (Can be found on My Page)
- The time when the app shuts down
- The page where the app shuts down (e.g. Review list, product details page, etc.)
