If you cancel the entire order where a coupon was applied, the coupon will be re-issued under the following conditions.
1. Product Coupon
- If the cancellation is made before the coupon’s expiration date: The coupon will be restored with the same expiration date.
- If the cancellation is made after the coupon’s expiration date: The coupon will be restored and the expiration date will be extended until midnight of the third day after the cancellation completion date.
2. Promotional Coupon
- If the cancellation is made during the promotional period: Reuse is possible within the promotional period.
- If the cancellation is made after the promotional period is over: The coupon will be restored and the expiration date will be extended until midnight of the third day after the cancellation completion date.
- The same conditions shall apply to re-issue coupons if the entire order is returned due to extenuating circumstances such as damage/loss.
